Our Kinesis Studio has been open for a month and it is already an integral part of our personal training program. Members and personal trainers are enjoying and benefitting from the variety of dynamic movements that can be done with Kinesis, both having had the opportunity to participate in a free small group training session in the Kinesis Studio. Everyone agrees that it is a fantastic addition to our personal training program. If you have not yet had the opportunity to try a Kinesis training session, or if you would like to learn more about Kinesis, please see me, Brian Saunders or Jeanna Brownlee in the fitness center. For general questions about the Kinesis Studio hours, click here.

Our Belly Dance program is taking a break for the month of April, but Laylia will be back, and better than ever in May! Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Additional details will be available in next month's CenterScene, or by calling me at (614) 559-6207.

The Olympic Fencing instruction program was launched in January, and the first session ended on Feb. 25 with a tournament. Participants were pleased with the high level of instruction offered by Anatolii Verulsky, who is a former member of the Russian National Fencing Team. Fencing builds overall strength and endurance and helps increase agility. Currently, enrollment is open for small group instruction. Instruction is available for children ages 8 and up, as well as for adults. For beginners, all equipment is provided. Classes will be held on Wednesdays, between 4 and 8 p.m. For more information on adult classes, click here. For more information on children's fencing classes, click here.
