EARLY CHILDHOOD REGISTRATION
2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR
What You Will Need to Register
1. Deposit
The parent or guardian and child are invited
to visit one of our preschool sites, meet with
the director, and observe a class. A completed
2010-2011 Payment Plan, along with a completed
registration form (see below), with a registration fee of
$300, should be returned to the preschool in
which you wish to enroll. ($200 will be
applied to the tuition throughout the school
year.) This $300 fee is nonrefundable.
Additional enrollment forms required
by the State of Ohio will be sent to families
prior to the beginning of school.
2. JCC Membership
Prior to enrollment, the family must become a
JCC member. Membership benefits include use of
all of the JCC's facilities including
indoor/outdoor swimming pools, the Diamond
Family Fitness Center, racquetball courts,
tennis courts and participation in many programs
and sports leagues for all ages. Discounts on
various public program events are another
benefit of membership.

Current Members Please Note: In order
to enroll your child(ren) for the next school year,
account balances (dues, tuition, etc.) need to be
paid to date for services rendered through Dec. 31.

3. JCC "Passport"
All families wishing to enroll their child(ren) in the 2010-2011 preschool year need to obtain a "Passport,"
which will verify the child(ren) on your membership and set up
membership payment for 2010. It also will help to shorten the registration process and
allow you to register your child(ren) for the 2010-2011 school year.
To obtain a Passport, please call (614) 237-5223, ext. 106, and leave the following information:
- Your Name
- Telephone Number
- Your child(ren)'s name(s)who will be inrolled in the 2010-2011 school year
- The location your child(ren) will attend - JCC East, North, or New Albany
A JCC Membership consultant will return your call within one business day to process your Passport.
