We’ll get you motivated and keep you moving
with our group exercise classes – you’re
guaranteed to find something that will keep you
coming back for more.
General group exercise classes, including
strength, flexibility, step, and spinning
classes, are free to all members. Mind/Body
classes, including several levels of Yoga and
Physio-Pilates, are free for Health Center
members and offered at a small fee to general
members.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions:
*Ashtanga Yoga: "Power Yoga", characterized by an athletic series of postures linked together in a continuous flow with emphasis on the breath. A challenging workout for all levels! Cost is $6 per class for general members.
Awesome Arms: A 15 minute total arm workout using resistance tubes and dumbbells.
Ab Lab: A 15 minute ab & lower back workout!
Basic Step Xpress *P: 30 minutes of basic step. Learn basic moves and terminology so you can adjust the workout to your fitness level. A great pre-natal or postpartum workout.
BLT: Join us for this challenging BUNS, LEGS, and TUMMIES workout!
Body Sculpt Express *P: A 30 minute strength & conditioning workout for all levels. A great pre-natal or postpartum workout.
BSF: 45 minutes focusing on balance, strength & flexibility with a combination of calisthenics, stretching & weight lifting. Great for beginners!
Combo Class: A high energy 60 minute combo step and kickboxing class perfect for all fitness levels.
Forever Fit: Incorporates stretching, strength training and low-impact aerobics in a class designed especially for seniors.
Krav Maga: Krav Maga is the self-defense system taught to the Israeli Defense Forces. Krav Maga is not a martial art and these simple and effective self-defense techniques aren't based on your size or strength, so everyone can do it.
*Mat Pilates: Lengthen and strengthen core muscles using your own body weight as resistance. Various equipment is used - all levels welcome. Cost is $6 per class for general members.
*Multi Level Yoga: Gentle yoga to improve muscle, joint and back health - a form of hatha yoga. Please bring a towel and a blanket to class. Cost is $6 per class for general members.
Muscle Jam: A challenging 60 minute interval workout alternating between cardio conditioning & strength training. A perfect way to start your weekend!
*Physio Pilates/Pilates: Pilates seeks to strengthen the "CORE" torso muscles most responsible for good posture and alignment. Tone and lengthen your muscles without stressing joints! Fitness Balls may be used as a prop. Cost is $6 per class for general members.
Power Step: An advanced 60 minute step class using jumps and power moves - not for beginners!
SPINNING: Fun and motivating! Using imagery and exciting music, this class uses stationary bikes to give a great workout! A variety of drills simulate different terrains.
SPINNING Xpress: An intense cycling workout in only 30 minutes!
SPINNING Rock N Ride: Rock to the best music of the 80s and 90s during this intense cycling workout! 30-60 minutes.
Step it Up: 45 minutes of step aerobics followed by 15 minutes of deep muscle conditioning focusing on the "Power House," or core muscles!
Trim & Tone Express: A 30 minute workout using a variety of equipment including thera-tubes, bands, weights and balls for a full body strength workout. Appropriate for all fitness levels!
Yoga Core: Concentrate on abs and power house moves in this challenging class created in the style of a traditional yoga session. Cost is $6 per class for general members.

Schedule is subject to change. Classes with fewer than 6 participants for 3 consecutive weeks will be canceled.
Please arrive to class on time. Warm ups are essential - don't risk injury!
